Leaderboards 2019-20

Netflixandchill 2A

The following is the state of play on the Leaderboards following the conclusion of coursing at Castleisland & Sevenhouses today. Congratulations to the connections of Netflixandchill on winning the Island Cup, it is a great honour to be the leading points scorer for 2019/20 and 17 points is fantastic considering we lost the first six weeks of the the season. Under the rules of the ICC a coin must be tossed to split Barbican Blitz and Jeffys Gold and this is likely to happen on January 27th when the votes are also being counted for the National Meeting judges & slippers. Share The Dream‘s third visit to Powerstown Park has been assured for some time now but congratulations to her connections too. Our Girl Adajio made certain of her place in the line-up at Clonmel by running up at Castleisland today to Southofhere. The latter is now on course for a second chance at the Champion Bitch Stakes, an event she ran-up to Blades Of Honour 12 months ago. The success of Undersupervision in the Seamus Hughes Memorial Cup at Sevenhouses today sees Michael McEnery back on top on the Fantasy Coursing leaderboard but last season’s winner Sean Doyle is also creeping into contention.
